Abstract

|
The placenta previa associatinga accreta is rare but one of serious obstetric complications which need a rapid decision and proper treatment in delivery. Although placenta previa is rarely associated with placenta accreta, it ´ probably occurs -more frequently than has previously been suspected. Two cases of placenta previa associating placenta accreta which were treated by C-section followed by total hysterectomy are presented with brief review of the literature.
